In recent years, with the rapid popularization of digital network technology, the printing industry has entered the digital network era, and the innovation of printing technology in China is more urgent. At present, the computer direct plate making system (CW) and the digital printing machine have yet to be independently developed and produced in China. Although the digital network era has brought challenges to China's printing technology innovation, it has also brought opportunities. In this regard, we still have a lot of room to develop. Some of our enterprises' hardware is no worse than others, but the quality of printed products is not as good as others. This is directly related to our management of people and the comprehensive quality of employees. Some enterprises lack high-level printing and binding personnel, and some enterprises do not lack technical personnel such as printing collar machine and plate making, but ignore the training of personnel in related studies, color, optics, chemistry and mechanical physics. As a result, we have many products. Although the printing equipment is very advanced and the color manuscript is very exquisite, the loss and regret of printing quality deviation are caused by the lack of understanding of the manuscript by the technical operators and the failure to achieve the necessary combination of technology and art
